Veronica Venture, Esq.

Veronica Venture brings more than three decades of distinguished federal service to her role as Of Counsel with Walton Law Group. Her career includes extensive leadership within the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she served as a trial attorney, administrative judge, and ultimately EEO Director.

Ms. Venture also held senior executive positions across major federal agencies, including serving as the Assistant Director, Office of Equal Employment Opportunity Affairs, at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and as the Deputy Officer/Director, EEO, at the Department of Homeland Security. In these roles, she oversaw nationwide EEO programs, advised agency leadership on compliance and policy, and directed initiatives to strengthen equity, accountability, and workplace integrity across large federal workforces.

A graduate of the American University Washington College of Law, Ms. Venture is recognized for her deep expertise in federal EEO law, civil rights compliance, and workplace investigations. Her background positions her as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex employment matters and organizational compliance challenges.
