Robert C. Grantley joined the Walton Law Group in 2009. He worked closely with the founder, Charles Walton, to help organize and manage the firm. A Maryland and District of Columbia Bar member, he specializes in bankruptcy and business practices. Mr. Grantley is a retired Vice-President of the Potomac Electric Power Company. He had responsibilities in the areas of customer services, strategic planning, employment development, budget development, labor relations, regulatory strategies, and corporate communications. As a result of his combined engineering and legal background, Robert Grantley also appeared in front of the DC and Maryland Public Service Commissions as Pepco’s policy witness for several regulatory matters. Mr. Grantley is affiliated with several business organizations in the Washington metropolitan area. He is a member of Leadership Washington and a former member of the Board of Trade, the DC Chamber of Commerce, and the Prince George's Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Grantley holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Howard University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University
