Minerva Blanco

Minerva L. Blanco Consultant served over 40 years in leadership positions with the Federal Government Department of Defense and private practice. A native of New York City, she and her husband Bob have lived in Maryland for 20 years and enjoy serving the community and their church. Minerva has a master’s degrees in public administration and Industrial Resource Strategy. She is certified in Federal Procurement, Program Management, Lean Six Sigma, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Mediation. Her work experience is in Contract Administration, International Program Management, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, and Equal Employment Opportunity. She has been with the WLG for over 5 years serving as an advisor on employment law, organizational process improvement and often assists attorneys with Spanish-speaking clients on immigration matters. As a certified Life Coach, she counsels executives and other professionals on behavior modification, workforce training and development, communications and conflict management. She is a highly valued team member of the WLG always willing to help people and advance the mission and services of the firm.
